A Commentary On Living In A Country With A Fiat Currency by Mitch Santell
There is absolutely no bigger or better addiction in America than money. Oh, don’t get me started on this. Okay, here I go! My observation of fiat currency is this: Every 7 to 10 years, there is a colossal market re-correction.
This week Trump released his latest budget for 2019-20 fiscal year. It calls for $2.7 trillion in various social spending cuts over the decade, including $872 billion in reductions in Medicare, Social Security, Disability spending; another $327 billion in food stamps, housing support, and Medicaid; a further $200 billion in student loan cuts; and hundreds of billions more in cuts to education, government workers’ pensions, and funds to operate the EPA and other government agencies.
Not surprising, the $2.7 trillion in social program spending cuts will finance spending for the military and defense-related programs like Homeland Security, Border walls, veterans, police, and programs like school vouchers.
Of course, the budget proposal is ‘dead on arrival’ with the US House of Representatives, which must approve all spending bills, according to the US Constitution. But don’t hold your breath. Trump may now have a back door to this Constitutional obstacle and eventually get his way on the budget, at least in part, to fund his military spending plans.
There is a new breed of American that sincerely knows everything that is happening and can’t bring themselves to knock on their neighbor’s door to speak the truth.
If you think you have Freedom of Speech in America look at the absolute constant attack on President Donald J. Trump.
How did a national treasurer as a successful entrepreneur and hit TV show star end up being attacked?
Please invest a few moments to watch and listen to what is truly happening in America. The American Press is so bad that there are more Americans who own Pet Chickens, more Practicing Witches, and Prostitutes than those watching CNN.
Characteristics of a Dystopian Society
• Propaganda is used to control the citizens of society.
• Information, independent thought, and freedom are restricted.
• A figurehead or concept is worshipped by the citizens of the society.
• Citizens are perceived to be under constant surveillance.
• Citizens have a fear of the outside world.
Types of Dystopian Controls
Most dystopian works present a world in which oppressive societal control and the illusion of a perfect society are maintained through one or more of the following types of controls:
• Corporate control: One or more large corporations control society through products, advertising, and/or the media. Examples include Minority Report and Running Man.
• Bureaucratic control: Society is controlled by a mindless bureaucracy through a tangle of red tape, relentless regulations, and incompetent government officials. Examples in the film include Brazil.
• Technological control: Society is controlled by technology—through computers, robots, and/or scientific means. Examples include The Matrix, The Terminator, and I, Robot.
• Philosophical/religious control: Society is controlled by philosophical or religious ideology often enforced through a dictatorship or theocratic government.
The Dystopian Protagonist
• often feels trapped and is struggling to escape.
• questions the existing social and political systems.
• believes or feels that something is terribly wrong with the society in which he or she lives.
• helps the audience recognizes the negative aspects of the dystopian world through his or her perspective.
What will you do to ensure that future generations don’t turn out to be like the movie 1984?
When I saw this today I had to share it because in the end we are either pissed off at someone or someone is pissed off at us.
“Sorry bud, but that’s the way the cookie crumbles.”
If you’ve ever said this, any version of this douchey sentence or idea, you have succeeded in adequately pissing someone the f*ck off.
Sometime, somewhere, you didn’t give two sh*ts about anyone else’s feelings and worried solely about your own. You could see the other side — that person’s side — and you still didn’t give a damn.
Well, good for you. Way to stick to your guns and not give a second thought to someone else’s opinion or overly-dramatic feelings. Way to stick up for yourself.
Way to be an assh*le — I’m sorry, but if we all weren’t assh*les at one time or another, then the world would be run by a select few, and that’s so much worse.
It’s give and take. Sometimes you just need to be one, and sometimes you just need to learn to take one. Like oral sex, the system works best when we’re rotating turns.
Because if you’re never the assh*le, if you’re never pissing someone off, you’re just always the one getting sh*t on.
I can tell you from personal experience, once you start learning how to piss people off, life changes. Once you learn to stick up for yourself, to stop succumbing to the opinions of others, you see the other side.
It’s a side of plans you actually want, dinner at places you like to eat and limited time spent doing favors for people you hate.
Of course, I’m not saying that you should try to piss people off. Deliberately trying to be an assh*le is just poor form and those people are the ones who usually get what they deserve in the end.
But when you’re in a situation and it’s you or someone else, that person’s feelings or yours, your time or someone else’s, sometimes you just need to say f*ck you, I’m choosing me.
The day you stop caring about what other people think and start caring more about how you feel is the day you blossom into the assh*le you were destined to be. And trust me, life’s a lot better once you stop giving a sh*t.
IF THEY’RE REALLY YOUR FRIENDS, THEY’LL GET OVER IT
Pissing people off isn’t the same as f*cking them over. It’s like a pinch over a punch. People piss one another off — that’s how we learn who is worth tolerating and who isn’t worth forgiving.
If you did made a mistake or had to do something for yourself (without truly screwing them over), they should be able to understand that.
If they are true friends then they understand that sometimes we need to be selfish, sometimes we can’t worry about their opinions before our own.
IF THEY’RE THAT SENSITIVE, YOU DON’T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM ANYWAY
Sensitive people are like bees — they sting once and die. No one wants to live life surrounded by weak people whose sole purpose in life is to find something to cry about.
Comments You Don’t Talk About Any More by Mitch Santell.
There was a time where you could just be You without everyone else knowing where you were, what you were doing, who you were communicating with, and what you buy.
For those of you who have followed me for a long time know, I always suggest creating a Corporation to act like You.
Why Do I suggest this?
Answer: Corporations Have More Rights Than People Do!
When corporations were first formed back in the seventeenth century, their inventors—just like modern software engineers—acted with what they believed were good intentions. The first corporate charters were simply designed to limit an investor’s liability to the amount of their investment, thus encouraging them to finance risky expeditions to India and Southeast Asia. However, an unintended consequence soon emerged, known as moral hazard: with the potential upside greater than the downside, reckless behavior ensued, leading to a series of spectacular frauds and a market crash that resulted in corporations being temporarily banned in England in 1720.
Thomas Jefferson and other leaders of the United States, aware of the English experience, were deeply suspicious of corporations, giving them limited charters with tightly constrained powers. However, during the turmoil of the Civil War, industrialists took advantage of the disarray, leveraging widespread political corruption to expand their influence. Shortly before his death, Abraham Lincoln lamented what he saw happening with a resounding prophecy: “Corporations have been enthroned … An era of corruption in high places will follow… until wealth is aggregated in a few hands … and the Republic is destroyed.”
Corporations took full advantage of their new-found dominance, influencing state legislatures to issue charters in perpetuity giving them the right to do anything not explicitly prohibited by law. The tipping point in their path to domination came in 1886 when the Supreme Court designated corporations as “persons” entitled to the protections of the Fourteenth Amendment, which had been passed to give equal rights to former slaves enfranchised after the Civil War. Since then, corporate dominance has only been further enhanced by law, culminating in the notorious Citizen United case of 2010, which lifted restrictions on political spending by corporations in elections.
Ultimately, the dominance of global capital (the Corporatocracy) is not financial — it’s political.
One little-remarked consequence of the central banks’ policies of near-zero interest rates and quantitative easing is the unrivaled dominance of mobile global capital, i.e. the Corporatocracy.
The source of corporate political power is the ability to borrow essentially unlimited sums for next to nothing: what I have long termed free money for financiers.
Armed with central-bank supplied unlimited credit, global capital can outbid local residents and businesses. Over time, profitable enterprises and assets end up in corporate hands.
Consider the typical family farm, not just in America but in Germany, Australia, etc. It’s hard work squeezing a livelihood from the land in a market dominated by a handful of global corporate giants and their state handmaidens, and so unsurprisingly many in the next generation have opted for corporate-state jobs in urban areas rather than shoulder the financial risks of continuing the family farm.
A neighboring farmer might be interested in buying, be he/she will have to borrow the money at (say) 4%.
The global corporation can sell bonds (i.e. borrow money) at less than 1%. The lower cost of capital enables the corporation to outbid local farmers for the land, and this low cost of borrowing also enables the corporation to fund capital-intensive economies of scale that are beyond the reach of family farms.
The net result is the nation’s farmland, its core productive asset, slides inevitably into corporate ownership. Anyone who resists selling out is crushed by low prices (corporate farms can over-produce and survive low prices, family farms cannot). Or they are crushed by the disadvantages of being an “outsider” selling to the corporate supply chain, which favors in-house suppliers or large corporate producers.
The same dynamic — the unparalleled power of cheap credit — leads to corporate ownership which then funds corporate dominance of the political process. Consider building a house for your family. You’ll need construction financing, and since that’s riskier than a conventional mortgage to buy an existing home, that will cost you between 4% and 5%, and requires thousands of dollars in fees.
The corporate homebuilder can borrow at 1%. Guess who’s construction costs are cheaper?
As corporations buy up productive assets, they consolidate these assets into cartels and quasi-monopolies that can be protected from competition by lobbying and campaign contributions. Once you can buy up productive assets with cheap borrowed money, the profits start piling up, and you can use a thin sliver of these profits to hire lobbyists and buy political favors/protection from politicos desperate to cling onto their power.
The net result of unlimited credit for corporations is a Corporatocracy that constantly expands its financial and political power. And the net result of this corporate control of governance is: governments come and go, candidates come and go, and political movements come and go, but the Corporatocracy remains in charge.
Corporations Are People, And They Have More Rights Than You
Ever since Citizens United, the Supreme Court’s 2010 decision allowing unlimited corporate and union spending on political issues, Americans have been debating whether, as Mitt Romney said, “Corporations are people, my friend.” Occupy Wall Street protestors decried the idea, late night comedians mocked it, and reform groups proposed amending the Constitution to eliminate it. Today, however, the Supreme Court endorsed corporate personhood — holding that business firms have rights to religious freedom under federal law. Not only do corporations have rights, their rights are stronger than yours.
The question came to the Supreme Court in a challenge to regulations implementing President Obama’s landmark health care law. Those regulations require employers with 50 or more employees to provide those employees with comprehensive health insurance, which must include certain forms of contraception. The contraception requirement was designed to protect the rights of women.Studies showthat access to contraception has positive benefits for women’s education, income, mental health, and family stability.
We Need To Look Behind The Curtain by Mitch Santell
So much of what I find online has been written by others. I comment on these writings because I care and because there are others out there who can articulate a position much better than yours truly.
Check out what I found in regards to posting on Public Forums like Reddit.
Know your enemies by what they post and how it is posted.
Technique #1 – ‘FORUM SLIDING’
If a very sensitive posting of a critical nature has been posted on a forum – it can be quickly removed from public view by ‘forum sliding.’ In this technique, a number of unrelated posts are quietly prepositioned on the forum and allowed to ‘age.’ Each of these misdirecting forum postings can then be called upon at will to trigger a ‘forum slide.’ The second requirement is that several fake accounts exist, which can be called upon, to ensure that this technique is not exposed to the public. To trigger a ‘forum slide’ and ‘flush’ the critical post out of public view it is simply a matter of logging into each account both real and fake and then ‘replying’ to pre-positioned postings with a simple 1 or 2 line comment. This brings the unrelated postings to the top of the forum list, and the critical posting ‘slides’ down the front page, and quickly out of public view. Although it is difficult or impossible to censor the posting, it is now lost in a sea of unrelated and unuseful postings. By this means, it becomes effective to keep the readers of the forum reading unrelated and non-issue items.
Technique #2 – ‘CONSENSUS CRACKING’
A second highly effective technique is ‘consensus cracking.’ To develop a consensus crack, the following technique is used. Under the guise of a fake account, a posting is made which looks legitimate and is towards the truth is made – but the critical point is that it has a VERY WEAK PREMISE without substantive proof to back the posting. Once this is done then under alternative fake accounts, a very strong position in your favor is slowly introduced over the life of the posting. It is IMPERATIVE that both sides are initially presented, so the uninformed reader cannot determine which side is the truth. As postings and replies are made the stronger ‘evidence’ or disinformation in your favor is slowly ‘seeded in.’ Thus the uninformed reader will most like develop the same position as you, and if their position is against you, their opposition to your posting will be most likely dropped. However, in some cases where the forum members are highly educated and can counter your disinformation with real facts and linked postings, you can then ‘abort’ the consensus cracking by initiating a ‘forum slide.’
Technique #3 – ‘TOPIC DILUTION’
Topic dilution is not only effective in forum sliding; it is also very useful in keeping the forum readers on unrelated and non-productive issues. This is a critical and useful technique to cause a ‘RESOURCE BURN.’ By implementing continual and non-related postings that distract and disrupt (trolling ) the forum readers they are more effectively stopped from anything of any real productivity. If the intensity of gradual dilution is intense enough, the readers will effectively stop researching and simply slip into a ‘gossip mode.’ In this state, they can be more easily misdirected away from facts towards uninformed conjecture and opinion. The less informed they are, the more effective and easy it becomes to control the entire group in the direction that you would desire the group to go in. It must be stressed that a proper assessment of the psychological capabilities and levels of education is first determined of the group to determine at what level to ‘drive in the wedge.’ By being too far off topic too quickly, it may trigger censorship by a forum moderator.
“True ignorance is not the absence of knowledge, but the refusal to acquire it.”
― Karl R. Popper
Technique #4 – ‘INFORMATION COLLECTION’
Information collection is also a very effective method to determine the psychological level of the forum members and to gather intelligence that can be used against them. In this technique in a light and positive environment a ‘show you mine show me yours’ posting is initiated. From the number of replies and the answers that are provided, much statistical information can be gathered. An example is to post your ‘favorite weapon’ and then encourage other members of the forum to showcase what they have. In this matter, it can be determined by reverse proration what percentage of the forum community owns a firearm, and or an illegal weapon. This same method can be used by posing as one of the form members and posting your favorite ‘technique of operation.’ From the replies, various methods that the group utilizes can be studied, and effective methods developed to stop them from their activities.
Technique #5 – ‘ANGER TROLLING’
Statistically, there is always a percentage of the forum posters who are more inclined to violence. In order to determine who these individuals are, it is a requirement to present an image to the forum to deliberately incite a strong psychological reaction. From this, the most violent in the group can be effectively singled out for reverse IP location and possibly local enforcement tracking. To accomplish this only requires posting a link to a video depicting a local police officer massively abusing his power against a very innocent individual. Statistically of the million or so police officers in America, there is always one or two being caught abusing their powers, and the taping of the activity can be then used for intelligence gathering purposes – without the requirement to ‘stage’ a fake abuse video. This method is extremely effective, and the more so, the more abusive the video can be made to look. Sometimes it is useful to ‘lead’ the forum by replying to your own posting with your own statement of violent intent, and that you ‘do not care what the authorities think!!’ inflammation. By doing this and showing no fear, it may be more effective in getting the more silent and self-disciplined violent intent members of the forum to slip and post their real intentions. This can be used later in a court of law during prosecution.
Technique #6 – ‘GAINING FULL CONTROL’
It is important to also be harvesting and continually maneuvering for a forum moderator position. Once this position is obtained, the forum can then be effectively and quietly controlled by deleting unfavorable postings – and one can eventually steer the forum into complete failure and lack of interest by the general public. This is the ‘ultimate victory’ as the forum is no longer participated with by the general public and no longer useful in maintaining their freedoms. Depending on the level of control you can obtain, you can deliberately steer a forum into defeat by censoring postings, deleting memberships, flooding, and or accidentally taking the forum offline. By this method, the forum can be quickly killed. However, it is not always in the interest to kill a forum as it can be converted into a ‘honey pot’ gathering center to collect and misdirect newcomers and from this point be completely used for your control for your agenda purposes.
Remember these techniques are only effective if the forum participants DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THEM. Once they are aware of these techniques the operation can completely fail, and the forum can become uncontrolled. At this point, other avenues must be considered such as initiating a false legal precedence to simply have the forum shut down and taken offline.
Commentary For Those Who Are Not Easily Offended by Mitch Santell
Living in a country where the media is out of control because it is only controlled by six companies can be very frustrating. (The Telecommunications Act of 1996 shifted America from 53+ media companies down to only six media companies).
What I place here is a rant by Owen Benjamin, one of my favorite stand-up comedians who exited Los Angeles for a simpler life in the country.
First here is a clip from Owen’s Comedy in Los Angeles:
Second, here is Owen Benjamin’s rant over the past 24 hours in regards to Pew-die, Pie, Politics, Pornography, and leaving Los Angeles:
Now for those of you who still have a sense of humor, here is a parody that one of Owen’s subscriber’s animated to look like South Park:
A reminder that boomers:
* Had it better than any generation in history.
* Were raised on home-cooked meals.
* Mom stayed home and gave them attention.
* College was cheap. A fraction of what we pay.
* A degree (in anything) would land you a good job.
* Corporations kept you for decades.
* Stock portfolios and homes increased 4x in value * Retirement was considered a human right.
And in return they…
* presided over the outsourcing of jobs and mass immigration…
* …leading to the underclass’s opiate-drenched collapse
Commentary For Those Who Are Awake by Mitch Santell
What will you tell your family when they turn the lights off? Only you will know the answer. Make yourself a hot coffee, or tea or hot chocolate with marshmallows. The video you are about to watch, along with the links below is not for the faint of heart.
Here in America, the mid-west weather system is under attack here. Placed below is a clip from Mike Morales, a “truther” here who is live streaming every 24 hours live out of the USA.
We are under a Weather War here in America.
After you look at this clip, I have also placed specific links to articles that Mike is discussing and disclosing in his video.
Many of us have followed the spraying of our skies since it started in the 1990s. Now it is so bad that even the average person can see it now.
Any glitches in the above video were caused by Mike’s live stream.
Now for some specific links, Mike Morales placed that was associated with the above clip:
The term “Climate Change” used to be called “Geo-Engineering” and before that “Global Warming” and this is all being created by the crap being sprayed in the skies by both commercial and military plans. This has even hit New Zealand where I lived for over 5+ years.
One of my favorite comedians on this planet is Benjamin Owen. Mr. Owen knows Hollywood so well that he burned all his bridges there and exited California. If you are a regular reader and follower of this blog you know my deep love for comedy and how it is used to get the truth out.
In our society, comedy is truly the one area left where you can speak the truth!
It is now June 3rd and I need to get off my lazy rear and update my about page.
In the meantime, here is Owen Benjamin’s current take on Hollywood which I’ll incorporate into my update on my about page later today!
There is a dark side to Hollywood that a lot of people don’t like to talk about. It is the battle over light and dark.
Many men and women have held power, and with that influence, they thought they could get away with anything.
An icon of the silent film era, Charlie Chaplin’s personal life was brimming with scandal. Married four times and the father of 11 children, what stood out about him as odd was the age of his wives. They were often very young. He was 29 years old when he married his first wife, who was just 16 years old. When that marriage failed, he moved on to another young bride, who also happened to be 16 when they married. This marriage also ended in divorce and it came with a lot of scandal, when his wife accused him of forcing her to have an abortion when she was pregnant. This scandal may have dented his reputation but it didn’t stop him from marrying two more times: both who were, once again, in their teens.
Hollywood has a history of rolling over people, companies, marriages, and partnerships. So many that are fighting for a chance to get their film project made are willing to absolutely ruin the reputations of others to get their way. Only you can know who you are dealing with, and if you have a healthy gut sense of intuition, avoid these bastards at all costs.
For decades, the Hollywood elite have rested comfortably on pedestals above the legions of fans who obsess over every little thing stars do, from what they wear to how they eat to who they date and beyond. Recently, however, attention has shifted from the trivial details of a famous person’s life to their dirtiest secrets as more and more A-listers are revealed to have troubling histories with sexual harassment, assault, and abuse. FromKevin Spaceyand Louis C.K. to Nick Carter and Danny Masterson, scores of powerful men have been accused of misconduct, a trend that reveals a more disturbing truth about the industry’s systematic abuse of women, and our culture’s acceptance of it.
Unlike the old Hollywood studio system where actors were little more than pieces of meat run through a grinding machine, today’s stars—at least occasionally—are speaking out against Tinseltown’s abuses.
Summing-up a culture that feeds off desperation, model-actressMelyssa Fordtold reporters, “If your ultimate goal is to be famous, then you’re going to do a lot to get there, like sign your name in blood on a contract with the devil.”
Comedian Dave Chappelle, who admittedly professes an interest in conspiracy theories such as AIDS being man-made, got so fed-up with the industry that he fled to Africa. Upon returning, he said of Hollywood, “The environment is sick.”
ActorRandy Quaid, while on the run from authorities, held a press conference on October 29, 2010, where he dropped a bombshell. “We believe there to be a malignant tumor of star-whackers in Hollywood . . . How many people do you know personally who have died suddenly and mysteriously in the last five years? I have personally known eight actors, Heath Ledger, Chris Penn and David Carradine among them . . . I believe these actors were whacked, and I believe many others, such as Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan and Mel Gibson are being played to get at their money.”
On May 16 leading ladySean Young, who starred in Blade Runner and Wall Street, appeared on Red Ice Radio where she exposed what many AFP readers already know, at about 13 minutes into the broadcast: “Humanity is being preyed upon, as a species, not only by old satanic families like the Rothschilds and Rockefellers, Collins, Dupont, Warner, Russell, [plus] the world’s monarchies and the Vatican, but they’re also preyed upon by governments, the military, banking institutions and academia.”
In the “You Can’t Make This Stuff Up Department” by Mitch Santell
At the Stanford shopping center in Palo Alto, California, there is a new sheriff in town – and it’s an egg-shaped robot.
Outside Tiffany & Co, an unfortunate man holding a baby finds himself in the robot’s path. It bears down on him, a little jerkily, like a giant Roomba.
The man dodges but the robot’s software is already trying to avoid him, so they end up on a collision course.
“I’ve seen Terminator,” the man says, half to himself and half to the amused crowd, “and that is some Skynet-ass shit.”
The idea of a robot security guard was born after the shooting at Sandy Hookelementary school in Newtown, Connecticut. Stacy Dean Stephens, a former Dallas police officer who sits on the board of the not-for-profit International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), found out in a board meeting that if the police had reached the scene just 60 seconds earlier they could have saved at least 12 more lives than they were able to.
