The only thing that remains the same is change.
For those of us who knew the old Hollywood, “the studio system,” that ended a long time ago, when you look to how content is being produced now in 2024, there is a huge amount of predictive programming that you have to deal with.
That predictive programming no longer comes from old Hollywood, it comes from video games and other brands and IP’s that we all seem to have a dopamine addiction with.
Moving forward, I’ll share my insights and experience with you because as I used to tell my clients in the media business, “I don’t own City Hall, I just work here!”
Last night I watched “Daddy Long Legs,” a film Directed and Written by my Great Uncle Alfred Santell who has over 90+ credits that you can view at IMDB here:

You have to remember that the sound on film was brand new and for those who embraced it, they were ahead of their time.
From my perspective as a music, radio, and documentary producer?
This movie was in my viewpoint “a demo film” for what was to come in the future.
You have to take big risks in your life.
