In The Are You Kidding Me Department by Mitch Santell
From those I met while living in New Zealand, one thing was clear, I was told to never go to Sweden.
The Swedish Culture is a huge mess right now.
Ocasio-Cortez wants America to be just like Sweden, and oh, she wants us out of our cars in 12 years. She must love Agenda 21 now in full swing here in California.
What makes Sweden so exceptionally dangerous for women? Its militant feminism is embedded in its political culture and its educational system. Sweden has boasted of a “feminist foreign policy”, 61% of Swedes in one survey identified as feminists and hold the strongest views on “gender equality” of any Europeans. Swedes are the most likely to believe that it’s okay for men to cry. Only 11% believe that women should take care of the home and only 10% believe that it’s a man’s job to support his family
A local branch of the Left Party in Sweden even demanded that men urinate while sitting down.
And then there are the Czechs, just 13% identify as feminists, 77% think that a woman’s place is in the home, yet the sexual assault rate is 7.79 per 100,000, a tiny fraction of feminist Sweden.
If the real issues were feminism and toxic masculinity, if sufficient educational indoctrination about the evils of masculinity is needed to “teach men not to rape”, women should be safest in Sweden.
So what went wrong?
Rape statistics also show that Sweden is one of the most unsafe countries in the Western world for women. Although these stats can be debated, an increase in gang rapes does coincide with the creation of the liberal, multicultural feminist state.
Female genital mutilation is a fairly new occurrence in Sweden. School nurses reported last year that all 30 girls in a class in Norrköping had been genitally mutilated. Although this has not led to a debate on women’s rights, Sara Johnsdotter, a social anthropologist from the university of Malmö, argues that the word itself is stigmatizes women and should be exchanged to the more including “circumcision”.

Shootings in the country have become so common that they don’t make top headlines anymore, unless they are spectacular or lead to fatalities. News of attacks are quickly replaced with headlines about sports events and celebrities, as readers have become desensitized to the violence. A generation ago, bombings against the police and riots were extremely rare events. Today, reading about such incidents is considered part of daily life.

Maybe Ocasio-Cortez needs to fly to Sweden to have a greater understanding of what real rape and racism look like. (Please accept my apology for Ocasio-Cortez calling Trump a racist).
